I am here for those who feel isolated, disconnected, unseen. Who feel like their needs are a burden or make them hard to love. Those who feel emptiness, rage, or burn-out. Those who have gone through it or are going through it and need a witness to their struggle. I am here for the queer and trans folks. For the youth, and the caregivers that raise them. For the organizers and the community builders. I am here, I see you, and I resonate.
I specialize in working with youth, parents, the LGBTQIA+ community, and organizers/activists. I work to create a space that is affirming of different neurotypes and relationship styles.
My practice is based on the understanding that we are relational beings, and that mental health challenges are exacerbated by isolation from ourselves, from others, and from nature. Let's examine the factors that contribute to your present, and help remind you of your power within and around you.
