Couch Commons checks licenses, rotates eligible results, and links you directly to clinicians. Membership cannot buy a higher position, and Couch Commons does not collect your message.

We compare each clinician's details with the issuing authority's public record and publish the result and check date. One person, one profile. No group listings standing in for a clinician. Published licenses are periodically rechecked; a mismatch pauses the profile until the official record matches again.

Results are a rotation across everyone who fits your filters. There is no sponsored tier, no boost, no ad slot. The same search sees the same eligible set in the same daily rotation.
