The Charter
Plain words. Each promise is enforced by how the system is built, not by a policy PDF.
One human, one profile
Every profile is one licensed person. No clinic clone-flooding, no ghost profiles, no franchised listings. Affiliations are labeled.
Verified means checked, and dated
A license stamp means we checked the state registry, and the date we checked is printed next to it. When a claim goes stale, the page says so rather than letting the stamp stand.
No paid placement. Ever.
Ordering is a fair rotation with a public rule — inspect it. Nobody can buy the top of a list. There are no ads, no sponsored slots, no "featured" tiers.
Your inquiry is not a lead
We are not in the middle of it. A clinician's page links to the ways they chose to be reached, and you go straight there — so there is no message for us to read, sell, or score. We count how many times a link was used on a given day, and nothing about who used it.
Leaving is whole
A clinician who leaves takes everything with them. Their page comes down, their data exports in full, and we keep nothing of theirs for traffic.
