One human, one profile
Every profile is one licensed person. No clinic clone-flooding, no ghost profiles, no franchised listings. Affiliations are labeled.
A license check is dated and sourced
A license stamp means we checked the state registry, and the date we checked is printed next to it. When a claim goes stale, the page says so rather than letting the stamp stand.
No paid placement. Ever.
Every matching therapist gets an equal turn. The published method is called fair rotation, and you can inspect its rule. Nobody can buy the top of a list. There are no ads, sponsored slots, or "featured" tiers.
Your inquiry is not a lead
We are not in the middle of it. A clinician's page links to the ways they chose to be reached, and you go straight there — so there is no message for us to read, sell, or score. We count how many times a link was used on a given day. The count holds nothing about who used it.
Leaving is whole
When a clinician leaves, their public page comes down. We do not keep it online for traffic. Internal record retention and deletion follow the limits stated in the Privacy page.
