Website and booking links open in a new tab; email and phone links open the app set on your device. Your message stays between you and the service you chose — Couch Commons never sees it. We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to count visits and see where people get stuck. No session recordings, no ad tracking, and it never sees your messages to a therapist.
In Kayla’s own words
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation (not a place where you’re judged or expected to have all the answers). I work with teens, adults, and parents who may be dealing with anxiety, ADHD, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
My style is warm, honest, and straightforward. I’ll listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and give you practical tools to actually move forward. Sometimes you need validation, sometimes you need a different perspective, and sometimes you just need someone to help you untangle the 37 tabs open in your brain. We’ll figure it out together
