I specialize in treating individuals who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety and depression including overthinking, intrusive thoughts and panic attacks. Trying to juggle school, work, family, and relationships all at once can cause anyone to feel burnt out, but the good thing that you no longer have to. I'm certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and can support you through life's challenges while teaching you skills that can benefit you for a lifetime. Everyone is in their own place in life. I try meeting everyone wherever they're at. For some, therapy is brand new and we can take as much time as you need in the early stages. For others, there is a specific reason that brought you here and you're looking to dive deep, lets go diving then! I maintain a calm, patient, easy-going and open-minded approach when providing therapy. Therapy can be whatever you make it and I look forward to helping you reach whatever goals you may be working towards.
