Helping you feel less overwhelmed and more confident in your life

We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to count visits and see where people get stuck. No session recordings, no ad tracking, and it never sees your messages to a therapist.

In Jessica’s own words

I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, challenging relationships, and the everyday experiences that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling to know what you want, or feeling like you should be handling things better than you are. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and figure out what you need.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. I don’t believe therapy has to feel intimidating or overly clinical. We’ll work together to understand your patterns, build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and identify meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult moments with greater confidence, and feel more capable of moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are and take it from there.
