When life feels overwhelming, lonely, or confusing, it can be hard to know where to turn. You might be carrying heartbreak from past experiences, going through a major life change, or feeling flooded by memories and emotions that don’t quite make sense. You may notice the same patterns playing out in relationships and want something different. In therapy, we’ll slow down together, make sense of what you’re feeling, and create space for more resilience, freedom, and a deeper sense of aliveness. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and exploratory approach grounded in my psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY). I work with adults seeking depth and real change. At a pace that feels right for you, we’ll connect present struggles with earlier experiences to support insight and growth.
