We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to count visits and see where people get stuck. No session recordings, no ad tracking, and it never sees your messages to a therapist.
In Cheyenne’s own words
Hi! I’m a licensed mental health counselor in New York. As a queer-identified therapist, I specialize in working with the queer community (and loving allies!) who are navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, relational stressors, and more.
I work with the belief that collaboration and connection are key in the therapeutic space. This means that I prioritize a relationship-first, human to human approach to therapy. With a sturdy foundation built, we’ll work on attunement to self, adaptability to change, nervous system regulation.
I'm also EMDR trained and integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences while developing a stronger sense of agency, resilience, and self-compassion.
Finding a therapist who just gets it can make all the difference. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I understand that many queer individuals, as well as other folks in marginalized groups, navigate unique experiences, stressors, and relationships that deserve to be met with both affirmation and understanding. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into the therapy room, creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself.
