I provide compassionate therapy for children, teens, and adults ages 6 and up. My approach is empathic, relaxed, and solution focused. I believe that therapy should feel like a comfortable, judgement-free space where you can be yourself - and yes, there's plenty of room for humor along the way. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, relational approaches, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
