No. There is no paid tier, sponsored slot, boost, or advertising. Every matching clinician gets an equal turn in a daily rotation. The only inputs are the search scope, the UTC date, and the set of profiles that match.

What sets the order
- Used: the search scope, the current UTC date, and the set of profiles that match.
- Not used: payment or membership price, clicks, tenure or popularity, sponsored boosts or ad bids.

What membership can never buy
- Verification: every profile shows its license check status and date (checked or pending). Payment never changes it.
- Placement, rank, or a sponsored position. There is no paid tier and no advertising slot.
- Referrals, leads, introductions, or an outcome.

Does membership buy verification?
No. A license is checked against the state's own register or it is not published. Money changes nothing about that result.
Why does the order change?
The rotation changes with the UTC day. Filters, new eligible profiles, and paused profiles can change the matching set; those are matching changes, not paid ranking.
Can I recompute today's order myself?
Not yet. A public replay tool is not live, and Couch Commons does not claim visitors can recompute the order until it exists.
